1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using TeachSpark, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who can use TeachSpark

TeachSpark is intended for use by educators, instructors, HR professionals, and workplace training administrators. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of activities you create using TeachSpark • You may not use TeachSpark to create activities containing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the TeachSpark platform • You are responsible for how you share activity links with students or employees • You may not use browser developer tools, automated scripts, web scrapers, or any other method to inspect, extract, copy, or reproduce the TeachSpark platform's code, design, AI prompts, or generated content for any purpose. Violation of this clause may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

4. AI-generated content

Activities generated by TeachSpark use artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated activities before sharing them with students or employees. TeachSpark is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

5. Student data

You agree to use TeachSpark in compliance with applicable privacy laws including FERPA where applicable. TeachSpark collects minimal student data by design — see our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service availability

TeachSpark is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and notify users of planned downtime.

7. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. Free plans may be discontinued with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Account settings page.

9. Limitation of liability

TeachSpark is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of TeachSpark after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
